GreenEdge AI provides a monthly allowance of AI-powered replies (including texts, emails, and chat) with each subscription plan. This allowance is intended to support routine business communications for typical usage volumes relevant to your plan tier.

To ensure fair and consistent access for all customers, usage that regularly and significantly exceeds the included monthly credits may be subject to review. In these cases, GreenEdge AI will contact the account owner to discuss custom solutions, plan adjustments, or additional credit purchases based on your business needs.

Abuse, automated non-business messaging, or activities intended to circumvent normal usage limits is not permitted. The aim of this policy is to maintain optimal system performance and service quality for all users.

Monthly AI Reply Allowances

Each GreenEdge AI plan includes a monthly allowance of AI-powered replies (texts, calls, and chat):

  • KICKSTART: Up to 500 AI replies per month
  • SEASONAL: Up to 1,500 AI replies per month
  • PRO: Up to 3,000 AI replies per month

What Counts as an AI Reply

An AI reply is any automated response generated by our system to communicate with your customers, including:

  • Text message responses
  • Web chat messages
  • AI voice call responses (voice calls consume more credits than text/chat)
  • Automated follow-ups
  • Appointment confirmations
  • Quote deliveries

System notifications, calendar invites, and internal team alerts do not count toward your monthly limit.

When You Reach Your Monthly Limit

At 80% Usage

You’ll receive an email notification alerting you that you’re approaching your monthly limit.

At 100% Usage

  • AI-powered replies will pause until your next billing cycle begins
  • You can upgrade your plan immediately to restore service

Prohibited Use

To ensure quality service for all customers, the following activities are prohibited:

  • Robocalling or automated outbound calling campaigns
  • Mass marketing or spam messaging
  • Reselling or sharing account access
  • Using the service for non-business purposes
  • Any illegal activities or harassment
  • Systematic abuse or gaming of the system

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
